This building will be completed in the spring of 2002. It is located at the corner of 2nd Avenue and Broadway. This location is very close to the cruise ship docks and is heavily visited by tourists. The building is designed in the historic turn-of-the-century style, classic to Skagway. It will contain two retail areas, each with their own restroom and rear service entry.
