This structure was built in 1975 with a 2,000 sq. ft. expansion in 1979, and another 3,000 sq. ft. expansion in 1984 to accommodate the Corrington Museum of Alaskan History. There is a 900 sq. ft. 2 bedroom, one bathroom apartment, 400 sq. ft. office, and over 1,000 sq. ft. of storage space on the 2nd floor. Blueprints are prepared for a remodel to create an 800 sq. ft. log building stand-alone rental.
